Terms & Policy
Your Health and Safety
It is your responsibility to inform our coaches/guide(s) of any injuries or health conditions before participating in activities during our retreats. Please be mindful of your body’s capabilities at all times. If you experience any pain, discomfort, or injury during any activity, we ask that you stop immediately and seek assistance if necessary.
We recommend that you consult with a healthcare professional who understands fitness and physical activities to ensure you are fit and healthy enough to participate in padel sessions and other activities offered at the retreat.
If you have any physical or mental health conditions, or specific dietary requirements, please let us know before booking. Should your condition or requirements be impacted by the retreat activities, we may advise you to refrain from certain activities for your own safety and well-being.
While we take every measure to ensure a safe environment, the retreats take place in areas with uneven terrain, and we cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused by such conditions.
Acknowledgement of Risks
You acknowledge that participating in physical activities, including padel and other exercises, involves inherent risks. By booking a retreat with us, you confirm that you are willingly taking part and are fully aware of these risks.
You understand that we are not qualified to offer medical advice, and any information provided should be considered as general guidance only. If you have any existing health conditions or concerns, it is your responsibility to seek clearance from a healthcare professional before attending our retreat.
Indemnity
By booking with Courtside Padel, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless our coaches, directors, and any third-party contractors from any liability related to injury, accidents, or mishaps during activities associated with the retreat, whether on-site or off-site.
Payment Policy
To secure your place at one of our luxury padel retreats, a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the full retreat price per person is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the specified payment due date for your retreat (30 days before the retreat start date). Please note that prices do not include travel expenses such as flights and travel insurance.
Travel Insurance
We require that you have travel insurance that covers the activities of your retreat, including any unexpected cancellations, illness, losses, and other potential risks associated with your retreat.
It is your responsibility to arrange suitable travel and health insurance. Courtside Padel is not in the business of providing insurance products and cannot be held liable if your failure to secure appropriate coverage leaves you exposed, either medically, financially, or in any other way.
You acknowledge that it is a condition of booking with us that you must obtain adequate travel insurance, which covers all activities included in your retreat’s itinerary, including but not limited to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and any other activities that may reasonably be undertaken during the course of your retreat. Your insurance must be valid and in effect for the entire duration of your retreat.
Please note that even if you have private health insurance in your home country, it is unlikely that your insurance will cover overseas activities to the extent necessary for the padel sessions and other activities during your retreat.
You will be required to email or bring a copy of your insurance policy with you to the retreat in case of an emergency.
